1. About these terms
These terms apply when ProTrade Web Building (“we”, “us”) builds, hosts or looks after a website for you (“you”). Before any work starts, we send you a written quote that confirms your package, the price and any extras. Your written quote and these terms together make up our agreement. If they ever disagree, the written quote wins.
ProTrade Web Building is the trading name of Almog Garavelas, a sole trader, of 40 Woodland Way, London NW7 2JR, United Kingdom. When you agree a quote with us, your contract is with Almog Garavelas, trading as ProTrade Web Building.

2. Packages

3. What you provide
You provide your business details, text, photos and logo, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. Timescales start once we have your content.
4. Payment
Your written quote sets out how and when the one-off website fee is paid. Monthly fees (hosting or the Growth care plan) start on the day your website goes live. Billed monthly in advance. No minimum term. Cancel any time before your next billing date.
5. Changes and extras
Small updates are included only where your package says so, and unused update time does not roll over. Anything outside your package is quoted in writing before we start, for example:
- Extra pages: extra service or location pages.
- Copywriting: writing or rewriting your website’s page text from a short questionnaire or call. Quoted per page, with one round of changes.
- Other extras: logo design, paid stock photos, booking or payment systems, fuller Google Business Profile optimisation, further SEO work and bigger changes.
6. No contract and cancelling
Monthly plans are not a long-term contract. Billed monthly in advance. No minimum term. Cancel any time before your next billing date, by emailing hello@protradewebbuilding.com. There is no exit fee. Your service carries on until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
7. Ownership and handover
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Once you have paid for your website in full, the website content and design we create for you is yours. If you leave, we hand over your website files and help you transfer your domain.
8. Our responsibilities
We build and look after your website with reasonable skill and care. We cannot guarantee search engine rankings, a number of enquiries, or that third-party services such as hosting and email will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Your information
We handle personal information as described in our privacy notice.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
